Office of Compliance & Integrity

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago's mission is dedicated to the health and well-being of all children. Lurie Children's is committed to the highest standards of honesty, business integrity, and compliance with legal and ethical standards. Under the direction of the Board of Directors, Lurie Children’s established the Office of Compliance & Integrity and has built a Compliance Program in support of this commitment.

The Compliance Program was developed in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and with guidance from appropriate federal and State of Illinois sources, including the Federal Sentencing Guidelines and the Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Inspector General Compliance Program Guidance for Hospitals. Achieving this commitment means doing the right thing, without exception. Everyone who works at Lurie Children’s or an affiliated organization within the Children’s Hospital of Chicago Medical Center is responsible for upholding this commitment to conduct our activities according to the highest standards of legal, ethical, and professional behavior.
