Aon Step Up for Kids Presented by KPMG
Step up and climb 80 floors to the top of the Aon Center, one of Chicago's tallest buildings, while raising money to help the children and families at Lurie Children's. Chicago Auto Show's First Look for Charity
Be among the first to see new cars and trucks featured in the Chicago Auto Show, while supporting the patients and families at Lurie Children’s. First Look for Charity is an exclusive, black-tie preview of the auto show, featuring a private reception for hospital supporters with small bites, cocktails, unique raffle prizes and more. Move for Kids
Move for Kids is a 5K walk and rally for our patients and families. More than just a walk, Move for Kids is a day for our community to come together on behalf of the kids we care about. The walk takes place along the Chicago lakefront, ending with a celebration for all participants. Money raised from the event supports the hospital’s areas of greatest need, ensuring that patients receive the best care possible. Run for Gus 5K Run/Walk & Kids Dash
The Run for Gus is hosted by Lurie Children’s Young Associate Board (YAB), and raises funds for brain tumor care and research at Lurie Children’s. Gold Coast Fashion Award Show
The Gold Coast Fashion Award Show, the signature fundraising event of the Children’s Service Board brings together some of Chicago’s most influential community leaders for cocktails, fashion and more. Pro Amateur Golf Championship & Celebration
Lurie Children’s Pro Amateur Golf Championship is the longest-running and most successful event organized by the hospital’s Founders’ Board. Since 1961, the golf championship, held at the Onwentsia Club in Lake Forest, has raised more than $20 million in support of the hospital. Lurie Children’s Marathon Team
Since 2007, hundreds of runners have come together to run the Bank of America Chicago Marathon as members of the Lurie Children’s Marathon Team. Throughout their training, team members work towards the required fundraising goal, while receiving support in return. Team members receive complimentary endurance training customized to meet the needs of both first-time marathoners and seasoned runners. The Children's Ball
The Children’s Research Fund’s annual fundraising campaign to support pediatric research at the Stanley Manne Children’s Research Institute at Lurie Children’s is celebrated at the annual Children’s Ball, which also honors the researchers and physician-scientists at the Manne research Center.
