Webbed Penis

Webbed penis is a condition, either present at birth or occasionally as a complication of circumcision, in which the skin of the scrotum is attached abnormally high on the underside of the penile shaft. This condition has no health effects but can produce complications in adulthood. Cosmetic surgery is needed, usually delayed until the child is a toddler or an adult.
