Town & Country Pediatrics: Influenza (Flu) Season 2022-23

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends the annual flu vaccine for children 6 months of age and older. Getting the flu vaccine can reduce illness, antibiotic use, missed school and work, hospitalizations, doctor visits, and death caused by complications from the flu.

How to Get a Flu Vaccine at TCP

  • Schedule a flu vaccine appointment in MyChart. We will continue to add appointments throughout the season as supply allows.
  • Flu vaccines will be available at scheduled well visits, appropriate sick and follow-up visits, and other vaccine visits.

We are happy to add siblings to any scheduled office visit to get their flu vaccine. Please review our COVID-19 safety precautions below.

It is safe to vaccinate for influenza and COVID-19 at the same time. If you have an appointment for either vaccine, we are happy to vaccinate for both at your visit as supply allows. You do not need to call ahead.
