NASCAR STREET CLOSURES

Due to the NASCAR Chicago Street Race on July 5 - 6, and related events, there will be rolling street closures and traffic congestion June 19 - July 7.

Before your appointment, check the NASCAR website for the latest street closures. Bus routes may be affected. For current CTA and Metra schedules, visit TransitChicago and Metra. Navigation apps like Waze and Google Maps will reflect real-time closures

Please allow extra travel time. All hospital parking garages will remain open, though alternate routes may be needed.

Diagnostic Immunology and Flow Cytometry

The Diagnostic Immunology and Flow Cytometry Laboratory is a CLIA-approved and CAP-certified full-service high-complexity laboratory as well as a Jeffrey Modell Foundation designated Diagnostic and Research Laboratory for Primary Immunodeficiency Diseases. Our laboratory performs over 85,000 diagnostic tests each year covering the sub-specialties of primary immunodeficiency diseases, allergy and immunology, rheumatology, autoimmune and infectious-disease serology and hematologic malignancies. The assay platforms utilized in the laboratory include 8 color flow-cytometry, automated enzyme immunoassays, automated allergen RAST assays, rate nephelometry, indirect immunofluorescence and tritiated-thymidine incorporation based assays to assess lymphocyte proliferation.
