Foreign Bodies in the Eyes

Objects such as dust and sand may be flushed out with eye drops or water. If vision decreases, eyes are red or painful, there is discharge, trauma or bulging, see a healthcare provider.

Fractures of the Orbit

When one or more bones surrounding the eye are broken. Usually occurs with some type of injury or a strike to the face. May be associated with severe eye injury and damage.
