Occupational Therapy Leadership Team

The occupational therapy management team includes: 

Ginash George OTR/L, MPA, is the Director of the Departments of Occupational and Physical Therapy. With over 20 years of leadership in rehabilitation, Ginash has led teams in inpatient acute care, skilled nursing, outpatient, and inpatient rehab.

Kris Razma, OT/L, MS, is the Manager of Occupational Therapy. She has been a pediatric occupational therapist for 34 years with most of her experience working at Lurie Children’s. She along, with the clinical coordinator Kristina, are committed to support the OT staff. Her special interests include working with children with coordination, complex medical concerns and sensory processing disorder.

Kristina Stein, OTR/L, clinical coordinator for occupational therapy, has been with Lurie Children's since 2010. After completing her masters in occupational therapy, she started her OT career working with teenagers and adults with brain injuries, eventually expanding into other diagnoses and across the areas of acute, subacute and inpatient rehabilitation. During Kristina’s time here at Lurie Children's, Kristina has honed her interest in the early intervention population and musculoskeletal disorders and injuries, completing a certificate in Advanced Practice in Hand and Upper Quarter Rehabilitation in 2013.
