Lurie Children’s Neuroimmunology Clinic is focused on the diagnosis and management of neuroimmune conditions of the nervous systems. Neuroimmune conditions are complex disorders that arise from interactions between the nervous system and the immune system, leading to a range of neurological symptoms and functional impairments. In these conditions, the immune system can mistakenly attack the body’s own neural tissues, resulting in issues such as weakness, sensory loss and cognitive difficulties.
