We offer two different tracks for individuals interested in Knee Injury Prevention Program (KIPP):
- Individual athletes or a team can participate in a six-week training program. For more information read KIPP for Athletes.
- The Institute for Sports Medicine will train coaches of athletic teams in a 10-minute structured warm-up incorporating injury prevention exercises. For more information read KIPP for Coaches.

In addition to KIPP for Coaches, the Institute for Sports Medicine also offers KIPP for Athletes, a six-week, neuromuscular training program for athletes led by Lurie Children’s sports medicine staff. KIPP is offered throughout the year in various Chicago-area locations. For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 312.227.6190

Our KIPP team is committed to scientific research to further our understanding of the mechanisms and prevention of sports-related knee injuries. All KIPP participants are invited to contribute to our ongoing research by completing three short questionnaires. The new information we gain from this research will be directly applied to future KIPP sessions.
