MyChart is meant to be used for non-urgent matters only. If your child is having an emergency, please dial 911.

  • Parents can schedule well visits online for children 4 months and older.
  • Well child visits are the only appointment type available for online scheduling on MyChart for Lurie Children’s Primary Care – Chicago Area Pediatrics. For sick appointments or other appointment needs, please call our office directly at 312.227.1160.
