In partnership with West Side United, we support pregnant people and families with infants (babies under 1 year old) living on the West Side of Chicago. We offer pregnancy and childbirth education, virtual parent support groups and make connections to care in the family’s community. Eligible West Side ZIP codes include 60607, 60608, 60612, 60623, 60624, 60632, 60639, 60644, 60651.

  • To reach EVERY growing family on the West Side of Chicago without regard to income level or insurance status
  • To promote healthier parents, children, families and communities through a generational health initiative that reinvents health equity for stronger families
