The research programs at Stanley Manne Children’s Research Institute support the clinical mission of Lurie Children’s by providing an environment that encourages scientists to ask and answer fundamental questions about children’s health. New medical therapies are based on the foundation of scientific discovery. The common bonds uniting the researchers are their curiosity about the origins and mechanisms of disease, their search for cures and therapies, and their strong desire to transform medicine. The scientific breakthroughs by our multidisciplinary teams of researchers make a difference in the lives of children and their families.
Manne Research Institute’s programs are comprised of six robust and complex groups that focus on scientific, translational medicine and children’s health research.
