About Illinois Relay Services
Illinois Relay offers telecommunications accessibility for deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind and speech-disabled people through the State of Illinois Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission. This service is free as long as you have a phone line although a small surcharge may be added to make the service available.
