Lurie Children's affiliation with AHK allows for more coordinated treatment across the care continuum, helping our patients and their families transition back to everyday life safely. AHK helps parents adjust to meeting their child’s complicated healthcare needs in a homelike setting, to make the transition to home care smoother and more successful.
