COVID-19 Testing
Lurie Children’s has discontinued routine COVID-19 testing prior to procedures. Because of the decline in demand for testing, the COVID-19 testing drive-thru site at Clark/Deming location is now closed.
Update on Mask Policy
Lurie Children's is moving to our next phase of COVID-19 protection. Masks are now optional and welcome for anyone without symptoms in both clinical and non-clinical settings in all Lurie Children’s facilities.
Emergency Department Visits
We urge families to seek medical attention for their child by first contacting your primary care physician or pediatrician. If you do not have a primary care physician or pediatrician and your child’s injury or illness is worsening, do not delay seeking care.

Visitation Guidelines
Because the health and safety of our patients, families, visitors and staff is of utmost importance to us, we have modified visitation restrictions in place.
