Arlington Pediatric Therapy Management Services to Join Lurie Children’s

Effective February 15, 2023, Arlington Pediatric Therapy Management Services, Ltd. (APT) will join the Children’s Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, as Lurie Children’s Health Services, LLC d/b/a Arlington Pediatric Therapy. This acquisition will expand access to Lurie Children’s rehabilitation services in a convenient location located in the western suburbs at 3105 N Wilke Rd., Arlington Heights, IL 60004.

Recognizing the need for pediatric therapy services, Arlington Pediatric Therapy Management Services, Ltd. was founded by Chris Weber and Elaine Sianis 43 years ago. APT was created to help children reach their full potential by providing a multidisciplinary clinic with physical, occupation and speech therapy services.

The Division of Rehabilitative Services at Lurie Children’s specializes in assessment and treatment of children’s motor skills, communication skills, hearing, feeding and swallowing. Lurie Children’s dedicated clinicians work to help children improve functional status and gain new skills and abilities that they aren’t able to learn on their own.  

Lurie Children’s Health Services, LLC d/b/a Arlington Pediatric Therapy will provide occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, and aquatic therapy.  

This acquisition will elevate rehabilitative care in the region with one of the most experienced pediatric rehabilitative workforces– treating children with conditions of any severity, from minor to complex.
