To schedule an appointment with Town & Country Pediatrics, call 312.227.2800. Please note our contact hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.*
Friday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. 
Saturday & Sunday: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. 

Please do not leave urgent messages, medical questions, medical emergencies or appointment cancellations on office email - contact your office directly.

*Our phones will temporarily go to the answering service starting at 5 p.m. Monday – Thursday. Our appointment hours will stay the same (see hours for each location below). We hope to return to our regular Monday – Thursday phone hours soon. If you need to get in touch with us after phone hours, we encourage you to utilize MyChart messaging and online sick scheduling. Our answering service and a Town & Country Pediatrics physician will also be available after hours. We thank you for your patience.
