Healing Culture
Healing Culture is the enveloping dimension of Lurie Children’s Nursing Professional Practice Model. A healing culture serves as the foundation for self, colleagues and patients/families to uphold respect, dignity, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Our healing culture:
- Fosters relationships to provide an environment of social support
- Inspires nurses to find meaning and purpose in their work and celebrate accomplishments
- Promotes wellbeing and the opportunity for all to thrive
Lurie Children’s Department of Nursing & Allied Health Professionals continuously works to uphold a Healing Culture.
