Program Director Elizabeth Boettcher Yerkes, MD Elizabeth B. Yerkes, MD, is an Attending Physician, Director of Neuro-urology and Co-Director of Reconstructive Pediatric Urology in the Division of Urology at Lurie Children’s Hospital and currently Associate Professor of Urology at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. Max Maizels, MD, MS Max Maizels, MD, MS, is Director of Perinatal Urology in the Division of Urology and Co-medical Director of the Institute for Fetal Health.
