Urology Fellowship Application Information

Prerequisites

Applicants must have completed a 5 or 6 year ACGME-accredited urology residency training program in the US or RCPSC accredited program in Canada. Applicants from other accreditation systems are considered but the fellow may not be eligible for Pediatric Urology Certification by the American Board of Urology.

Application Materials

Our program participates in the National Resident Matching Program’s Fellowship Match. Applicants will be considered for faculty interviews upon receipt of the following materials:

  1. Society of Pediatric Urology Universal Application
  2. Updated curriculum vitae
  3. At least three letters of recommendation
  4. Personal statement
