Conferences

The department of pediatric surgery holds grand rounds every Monday morning. Each Friday morning, all urology division members (trainees and faculty) come together for three hours of dedicated educational conference time. This includes weekly preoperative case conference as well as faculty led didactics. In addition, the fellow has the opportunity to invite guest speakers according to their interests. Through these conferences, the fellow is exposed to the expertise of colleagues in medical imaging, kidney disease, neurosurgery, neonatology, fetal care, endocrinology, general pediatric surgery, anesthesia/pain management, mental health services, and general pediatrics.
