We have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s conference, scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2020, in light of the rapidly changing COVID-19 guidance from leading health organizations.
For our sponsors and attendees who have already submitted payment, we have initiated procedures with our accounts payable department to begin processing refunds. Please note that, due to the high number of cancelled meetings related to the pandemic, it may take more than 10 days for refunds to be issued to credit cards. For those who paid by check, these will be issued as quickly as possible but also may experience some delay. We appreciate your patience and your ongoing support to our mission and efforts.
