Lurie Children's is pleased to present 22q at the Zoo Worldwide Awareness Day is designed to bring together families, friends, loved ones, therapists, and educators to connect face-to-face share journeys, experiences, challenges, and victories with each other.
Cost is $22 per person (children under age 2 are free)

- Games & Activities
Photo Consent
A Photo Consent Form must be completed for each person attending. Each person 18 years and older must complete and sign their own form. For children under the age of 18, their parent/legal guardian must complete and sign the photo consent form.
