JumpSTART© is a pediatric triage process that is utilized during a mass casualty event. In an effort to educate prehospital personnel, first responders and other healthcare professionals about JumpSTART©, Illinois EMSC is utilizing grant funds to sponsor JumpSTART© train-the-trainer sessions throughout the state. In 2016, the Illinois JumpSTART Triage Training Curriculum underwent revisions. Updates were made to both the Instructor and Provider Courses.
