About

​Kate Chapman is an advanced practice nurse with more than six years of experience in the field of pediatrics. She is certified in wound and ostomy care, specializing in the care of children with a variety of wounds as well as ostomy and gastrostomy care. She currently provides services to surgical and non-surgical patients in the inpatient and outpatient setting.

Kate received her undergraduate bachelor’s in science of nursing degree from Villanova University and master’s in science of nursing degree from Rush University. She completed post-graduate training in wound and ostomy care at Metropolitan State University.

Kate is a member of National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, Society of Pediatric Nursing, American Pediatric Surgical Nurses Association, and Wound Ostomy Continence Nurses Society.

Kate welcomes inquiries and accepts new patients.
