About
Sarah Martin is an advanced practice nurse specializing in the treatment and care of hospitalized children undergoing general surgery procedures and patients with traumatic injuries.
She received her master’s in nursing degree from Northwestern University and post-master’s training as pediatric critical care nurse practitioner and primary care pediatric nurse practitioner from Rush University in Chicago.
In addition to her clinical roles, Ms. Martin co-chairs the Publications Committee at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and acts as the associate editor of the Journal of Pediatric Health Care.
She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.
