About
Ray Jurado has been Head of the Dentistry Division at Lurie Children’s since 1999. He has had training in General Dentistry, Oral Surgery and comprehensive pediatric dentistry for all children and for patients with special needs. He served as Program Director of Northwestern’s and Lurie Children’s Postdoctoral Program in Pediatric Dentistry from 1999-2019.
Dr. Jurado now focuses his practice on comprehensive dental rehabilitation utilizing general anesthesia for children from infancy to adolescence and patients with special needs. Dr. Jurado operates four days a week in Lurie Children’s main operating room downtown as well as Lurie Children’s Outpatient Center in Northbrook.
