About Me
Kelly Horn is a Senior Psychiatric Social Worker in the Pritzker Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Health. Kelly is part of the multidisciplinary Eating Disorder Program in the Potoscnak Family Division of Adolescent & Young Adult Medicine. She has been treating individuals with eating disorders for 10 years and specializes primarily in using Family-Based Treatment for the treatment of restrictive eating disorders. She has an interest in health equity and ethical considerations in eating disorders.
