About
Christina grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Lewis University and began her nursing career at Edward’s Hospital in the Emergency Room before joining Children’s Memorial Hospital in 2007. She was a registered nurse in the pediatric intensive care unit and the cardiac care unit from 2007-2012. Christina completed her graduate education at North Park University Chicago where she earned a master’s degree in nursing and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. She worked at Walgreens Healthcare Clinic for 3 years as a nurse practitioner before she joined the cardiac catheterization lab team at Lurie Children’s in 2016.
