About
Ms. Grant and works in the Lurie Children's Emergency Department (ED) as a member of the Psychiatric Social Work team. She completed my Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Spanish at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She studied criminal justice, women's psychology and abnormal psychology as well as Spanish language, literature, culture and linguistics. She completed her Master of Social Work at the University of Michigan School of Social Work. During her MSW program, she studied in a Child Welfare Scholars program and completed an internship at a residential treatment center for kids and teenagers in foster care. Additionally, she completed an international internship in London, England with a pediatric hospice addressing psychosocial needs surrounding illness and end-of-life. She is passionate about working with children and families with complex health and mental health struggles.
